Avoid purchasing any products from LG.com. They often change their policies without notice. If you buy a combo package they may cancel some of the products without informing you leading to a partial refund. In the end you could lose money.

sucks doesnt work well gets dirty and gross easily and ive only had mine for 2 months and ive used it twice oh and LG has awful customer service never use them I will never buy from them again

I bought tis a month ago and am a little disappointed at the fact that the salesman did not inform me that I was not getting the latest model. When I realized the reason I could not connect it to the LG app was because it did not have that feature I was looking forward to having made the entire side kick experience a disappointment to me?

I do like the sidekick pedestal washer for small loads and when I spill on an article of clothing that I want to wash immediately. It serves the purpose when I want to keep a stain from setting without wasting a lot of water. I do wish it would spin excess water out when the load is complete.

Its really nice The pedestal washer is great. I really enjoy having the ability to wash a load of clothes and then to wash a small load that may not need drying in the pedestal washer. Its also nice to have the LG app to let you know when your laundries done and to keep track of when you need to clean the washer.

Easy to use and great for small loads. Install by Home Depot was terrible requiring a half a dozen appointments some of which were no shows to get it working without a leak. But overall like the pedestal washer even though it was expensive.

I am happy with the ability to wash small delicate loads or my grandsons soccer uniform singularly. However the machine was on backorder from November 22. 2022 until April 14 when I actually received it. Very frustrating ordeal to get Best Buy to provide any real information or assistance with identifying LG production times until I got my attorney general involved. LG was just as much at fault for the nonexistent feedback on getting the product when I contacted LG customer service. Lastly i have not been able to locate the remote control device for purchase that was made for this machine. It would be nice to minimize stooping at floor level so much.
