I've had my microwave/wall oven for a couple of months and it is working great. The touch panel has a variety of options and makes it easy to scroll through. The glide out shelves work seamlessly. The convection microwave heats up fast. I like how the unit reminds you to verify there is nothing in the microwave before using the convection feature. The one thing I did notice is if I let the unit turn off on its own, it will turn off and then it will chime every couple of minutes. I found this a little odd.

Purchased the 30" Microwave/Wall Oven with MultiMode® Convection System
JMW2430DS and it looks fantastic in my new kitchen. We cooked 2 turkeys in it this weekend and they came out really good. Allow extra time as the oven cools when we open it to baste the turkey.

We purchased the speed oven and regular oven combo and I'm glad we did. I don't use a microwave but need it for resale. This is a perfect solution for me - the convection part of the oven is something I use all the time. I love this technology! And the regular oven is fantastic with the 3 racks and the one that is a pull out. Perfect for roasting and basting tasks. Why this wasn't invented 50 years ago we'll never know! The electronic display takes some getting used to but it is ok, I'd prefer the old fashioned knobs, but will jump into the 21st century.

Beautiful design that would fit any style kitchen. Both oven and microwave are easy to use and cook great. My only complaint is that microwave is difficult to clean.

Love the look and cooks and browns beautifully. The temperature set/timer is a little tricky to get used to but with use it became easier to set.

We wanted to add two ovens to a small kitchen. the dual microwave and oven feature helped save room. The microwave works great and the smaller oven heats up on convection very quickly.

The choice of the smaller oven (microwave/convection) gives me an alternative, smaller oven for quick pre-heating and thorough baking. I particularly enjoy the browning pan feature in the microwave. Does a super job with reheating pizza, fixing bacon, and many other foods. Still looking for more ways to take advantage of this feature.

I love the clean appearance and technology that the oven offers. It is the focal point of my kitchen. In addition, the large capacity oven has been great for baking and cooking over the past holiday season. The oven does a good job cooking evenly even with multiple items in the oven at the same time. The microwave confection oven is very useful and offers even more cooking options. I am still learning and using all of the new features. I like the appearance of the drop down door on the microwave but sometimes for a short person it is hard to reach around the door in the down position and grab items in or out of the microwave.

I love how I can utilize both the microwave and lower oven for convection cooking. For smaller jobs, I don't have to heat up the larger oven, I can simply utilize the microwave. Don't know how I managed before I owned this.

This is our second time purchasing an entire kitchen of Jennairappliances. I am disappointed in the new design, particularly the touchpad. The design is a scrolling wheel rather than a keypad, and is a pain. It takes much longer to enter your selections because you must scroll through each option rather than just choosing and touching the one you want. I gave this 2 stars because we use the microwave multiple times per day and it really is annoying.

We had the microware double oven as part of our new home's kitchen in 2014. It failed four times before it was eventually replaced by JennAir in November 2015. The new unit is, as of this date, working fine.

We bought this a month ago, just in time for Thanksgiving. It was immediately put to the test ! I was able to roast and bake continuously for 10 hours and everything came out perfectly.

This new mopicrowave/oven combo replaced an old unit that was a sore spot in our kitchen for years. Our old unit never seemed to cook correctly. The unit completely shut down at times (in the middle of cooking a meal, without alarming) and never seemed to cook at the indicated temperature. We had to adjust almost every recipe to make it work. We we so pleased with the new oven. It fit right into the cabinet opening we had and we were cooking on it immediately. We love the touch pad controls and the preset functions. The auto oven timer comes in handy too. I have avoided cooking my mom's favorite pound cake for Thanksgiving for so many years because of the problems with our old oven but this year I will be bringing the pound cake.

There have been issues with the oven I think I got a lemon. Two repairs and now the oven and microwave are dead. I hope I can cook Thanksgiving. I have no confidence in this product.

I bought the oven to replace an old was unit - It looks beautiful! Love the large window - easy to see in oven without having to open door! Racks pull out for easy access to the food without having to take it out of oven

Fabulous micro/wave oven - ovens heats up quickly, and the large glass makes it so easy to see inside. Great even in warm weather, as the heat doesn't make the kitchen stifling hot. Microwave is great, too! We're all enjoying the easy control panel.
