I have been very impressed with this washer from the day it was installed. I love that it has an updated agitator that is virtually non existent. It allows me to wash bulkier items without needing to visit a laundromat. I also love that I have multiple choices for what I'm washing and how I'm washing them. The size of the barrel is a very nice bonus as well. I don't need to do laundry as often since there is a larger barrel in the washer. Overall I have been very happy with my purchase of this washer.

The washer came with the house. Glad the builders chose this. It's easy to use. The washer sets the load amount so the water is automatic. It's really big inside and no middle spinner that tangles your blankets and clothes!

Washes clothes nicely but only had a couple years. It's giving us problems already. Only put a little load in and it's always off balancing itself. Sensing/fill light is blinking.

Washer is continually off balanced when washing sheets or towels (sometimes with clothes). There is no fabric softener dispenser, no detergent dispenser and no rinse/spin cycle. It is very loud too

out of balance every load
load sensing / fill does not work, found it washing a half dry load after trying to add cloths to existing load. you have to use the deep fill option every time.
final straw was the washer through a pressure sensor loss code, diagnostic test confirmed this failure. i opened the control panel and found the pressure switch to be an integral part of mother board. and you have to be a certified GE tech to replace it. I called the only GE tech in the area. waited 2 weeks for an open appointment. The tech shows up and refused to hook up his "certified GE computer", and order my parts" because I "started" to work on it. What a joke.

At first I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but now that I've learned how to use it properly, I love it! It's great on heavy loads and keeps everything balanced beautifully! I absolutely hate not being able to load a washer with running water - but it is what is is. This machine has performed extremely well with a variety of items. Has kept great balance for bulky and heavy items - took a minute to learn how to reset the spin, but all is good! Do not use fragrance pellets as they can stick to items with this sensor-detection/water load system. Love the option for additional spins and rinses!

Unable to know how long a cycle is, no timer, with no fabric softener dispenser, I have to keep checking for rinse cycle to add softener to clothes. I do not like that there is no feature to restart a cycle. I am not happy with this machine.

Quite a noisy machine, with loud motor and clunking sounds. Have extreme difficulty spinning towels or bed sheets (out of balance loads shuts down spinning cycle and leaves items very wet). Would not recommend. .

Hi!
My washer WAS working fine, but now water won't go in.
The only water that will, are periodic dribbles.
It'll run through ALL the cycles to the end, but no water.
Hot & cold are all the way on & I have reset the electronics, a couple times, to no avail.
Could something be clogged & if so, what & where please?

Very good washer. It's very very roomy inside. The only thing I don't like is not having a fabric softener dispenser for the rinsing cycle. You have to pour all the detergent, fabric softener before putting the clothe at once. It only has the chlorine dispenser.
Over all it does a very good job.

My clothes come out clean, but this washing machine is the loudest ever! It came with my new home. I even had service come out hear. Unfortunately, that's the way it is. It's like the agitation is on super loud. This isn't a good thing when the convenience of having a washer by your bedroom keeps you from washing at night bc it disturbs your sleep. The clothes get clean but the noise, smh.

I love using the intelli-sense feature to have the washer figure out how much water is needed for my laundry load. I'm not used to a washer without an agitator and have been pleasantly surprised by how the washer keeps my clothes clean while using so little water. That being said, something in the programming of the device must be off as every once in a while I open my washer in the afternoon after letting it run in the morning and my clothes are soaking wet. Re-running the wash seems to fix the problem. The washer looks okay, definitely not top of the line from a cosmetics standpoint.

I have had it for about five days. I have washed about five loads. So far it has been running good. I am a little skeptical about the amount of water that it uses, which is very little. It barely covers the clothes. I want to give it a couple of more weeks. I did not really want a machine without a agitator but was convinced these are what is selling now.
