I bought this a few months ago as a birthday present to myself. With 2 children and 2 adults in the home, keeping up with dishes was getting to be a lot of work! I've thrown plates in here covered in Chinese food that sat over night without rinsing and they come out sparkling! Dishes never come out wet either, I usually run at night and unload in the morning. Fits perfectly in our small kitchen!

I wanted a built in this time around and only had room enough for this 18" where a cabinet was removed. My son tried to talk me out of it, said it was too small. Glad I won in the end . Does a great job. Had it for 6 months before it was installed due to counter problems. Have used it for over a month and loved it.

We've only had this about a week but like it so far. We have an older house so we needed a compact dishwasher. There are just the two of us so we don't have a lot of dishes so it works out great for us. Bigger casserole dishes don't fit with other dishes in there but I don't wash my pots and pans in the dishwasher anyway. I thought I read complaints about no heated drying when we were looking but this does have it and it works fine. It also cleans well. I use either the light wash or the economy one. You also have the option to use the heated dry with the economy one. Overall I think this was a great purchase.

This dishwasher does a great job for being "an apartment sized". I have Fiesta ware dishes and have no problem with them fitting into the racks...Dishes and glass ware on upper rack come out clean!Love the stainless steel interior and the built in filter that is easy to clean. Quiet, it is so quiet compared to my older Frigidaire. Great dishwasher for its size!

cleans dishes well. placement of silverware basket could be better or even a little smaller for needs. wish i had a 24'' cabinet i could remove as you can get a 24'' unit with the same features for a lot less money or higher end model for the same price. has given me over 3 years of daily use trouble free. relatively quiet.

A sorry excuse for a dishwasher

I had a Frigidaire 18" dishwasher for 13 years, it was a great machine. Which is why I bought another one. Boy, was I duped. The new one is Tiny inside, holds about 1/3 the dishes the old one did. Has poorly designed baskets, with big holes for glasses to fall thru if you put them in the bottom rack. Has a very long cycle compared to the old machine, and cleans about half as well.

Very efficient. I rinse all dishes before placing them in dw to avoid larger food particles from recirculation. Dishwasher seems shorter than previous one we owned since I had to extend the bottom panel full length. Also side trim (plastic) is to short and doesn't conceal the sides well between door and counter.

Since my original review did not make it to the list of reviews I will try again. I had an 18 inch Frigidaire dishwasher for 13 years, It was a great machine. When it Died I went out searching for a replacement. I bought one of these. The baskets are much smaller, I can only get about a third of the dishes in compared to my older model. The wholes in the lower basket are so big that you cannot put glasses down there if the top is full. Also, what is with the run time. A normal wash cycle takes twice as long as my old machine and doesn't clean or dry a well. I guess this is what we have to live with however. Looked at about a dozen different makes, they all have the same baskets. I would say this machine is good to fill the hole in my kitchen cabinet until spring when I can fix my old one and put it back in. the new one will look great on the curb waiting for the trash man!

My Neice convinced me to buy one in 2004 during kitchen remodel. Both of ours were replaced within 3 months of one another; hers before T™€™giving. Same model again bought at different locations. First couple weeks use, I kept checking it to make sure it was working cuz I couldn™€™t hear it!!! Still learning most efficient stacking methods. I™€™m very satisfied.

It would be nice if it cleaned the dishes better, with the new dishwashers you aren't supposed to have to rinse off the dishes. With this one I have to rinse even though I use the best pods available.

Bought online. Upon installation we found a cracked part on the motor. Was able to repair with marine expoxy but don™€™t know how long it will last. Buying a replacement part is impossible because none of the parts match the manual...poor design. Smaller than 12yr old frigidaire, a challenge to fit everything.Not quiet. It does , however , clean dishes and glassware beautifully.Would not have bought if I had seen it beforehand because it is seriously smaller than my old one. Utensils rack is a joke. I kept the old one from prior model. Not worth the money.

Product damaged when ordered from Amazon but able to fix and looking for a replacement part.Smaller inside than my older Frigidaire, not easy to place dishes efficiently. Not quiet but does a good job cleaning &drying. Poor design as parts don't match what you see online for this model. Advise buyers to shop at big box stores & see just how small it is. Using utensil rack from older model.Not worth the price for this size.

Replaced my old 18" Frigidare with this new one. The one thing I don't like about this one is the silverware basket. It is too small and compartmentalized. I prefer the old one which was more wide open. Should have kept it from the old one! Otherwise it does a good job and is much more quiet.

Had one prior to this that was fabulous. This one was double in price, and much smaller inside which is horrible, you can barely fit anything. Also, the design inside is set up differently and also is a problem fitting all your dishes. Do not like at all!!!

I bought it a little over a year ago for 2 rental unit. Easy to install and run quiet. Had to replace the detergent dispenser door for 1 unit because it would sometime open. It was under warranty, other than that no complaint about it from the tenants. Very expensive.
